USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Put 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 3.3 g) into 200 ml of water or apple juice, shake well and drink immediately. During the first 1–2 weeks: once daily. Afterwards: 2–3 times daily before meals. Support detoxification with 1–2 cups of detox herbal tea daily. Take 3 sprays of Gemma Detox, 3–5 times daily. Drink at least 2 liters of water or herbal tea daily.

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Follow an Intestinal Care regimen for 1–2 months per year. During use, reduce coffee, alcohol, and sugar intake. Maintain a healthy, balanced diet.
